Diabetes Educator

Diana Ly graduated as a pharmacist from The University of South Australia in 2001 and has

 

20+ years experience in community pharmacy.   She became an accredited consultant pharmacist in 2008, conducting home medicine’s reviews for patients to achieve optimal health outcomes with medicine use.  In 2012, she became a credentialed diabetes educator, further specialising in diabetes management.
